BLOSSOM Lotte World : blossom festival(Mar 9 ~ June 23)



















Hey guys, One of the best amusement parks, Lotte world is having the ‘Blossom Festival’(March 9th ~ June 23rd). There are 2 different meaning of 개화기(Blossom) in Korea and It has perfectly reflected on the concept of the festival. Now we are gonna look into the festival and thrilling attractions of Lotte world.  The Korean word, ‘개화기’ means basically blossom season. And it also has a historical meaning. In 20th century, Western culture and technology started to spread in Korea(Chosun Dynasty) and people called that era ‘Blossom’ hoping to be blooming like flowers. So Lotte World planned Blossom Festival with a combination of flowers and modern era.
























You should visit first Pixie Magic Salon in which you can rent costumes of Korean modern times. There are bunches of special clothes, hats and bags of 20th Century there. Rental fee is 20,000￦ for clothes only and 25,000￦ for a package(Clothes + Hats + Bags). Both fees are for 2 hours.
























When you got dressed just go to walk around this ‘modern park’ and take a nice photo like that!
























You can also enjoy cherry blossom which would never fall until the end of the festival in Lotte World.






There are thrilling attractions in the park. First of all you should take a ride Atlantis. It is No.1 attraction of Lotte World. You can enjoy both roller coaster and flume ride at ultimate speed. Don’t miss it!
























Gyro Swing is one of the most favorites for thrill seekers, It takes you to the sky while spinning around. During ‘flying’ you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Seokchon Lake and the surrounding areas.
























French Revolution is indoor roller coaster which rail passes around the buildings with rotating 360 or 540 degrees! You can also have a VR glasses during the ride.
























Near Lotte World you can visit the highest building in Korea, Lotte Wolrd Tower. In obervation deck you can see the totally open view of Seoul. There are 2 types of ticket, 27,000￦ for genaral pass through which you should reserve specific time and 50,000￦ for fast pass anytime through which you don’t need to reserve it.






 Go for a leisurely walk at Seokchon Lake with beautiful cherry blossom trees. It’s one of the most prefered place to get some rest by Koreans.
