This facility offers gender separated changing rooms and baths, as well as designated areas for families/children, food and beverage, and overnight stays. Upon entrance to the Spa, boys and girls will go to their prospective locker rooms to receive their spa clothes to wear while there. Lockers are provided to store your belongings while in the spa. and You will receive a bracelet that has your locker key on it to wear at all times, don't lose it! The bracelet also allows you to add on more services during your time at the spa, such as massages or food and beverage, just by tapping the bracelet. You will walk around the facility barefoot, but the floors are warmly heated and clean so it is comfortable.

Once you have gotten changed and stored your belongings, you are free to enjoy the spa as you please. Guests must wash before entering the baths, and you are able to purchase soaps/shampoos at the spa if you did not bring your own. While the sauna's themselves are shared among all guests (age restrictions apply) the baths are separated between male and female areas. You are not to bring the spa clothes with you into the bath area, but you will be provided a towel that you should keep dry.

After the baths, most guests head to the saunas to sweat out their worries. Aquafield offers 3 different sauna experiences, such as the Cypress Room where you can rest among the scent of cypress trees, or the Charcoal Room, where the walls release a calming mist to help you relax. There is also the Cloud room which is immersed with multimedia art, it makes you feel as it you are looking up at the night sky surrounded by clouds. The sauna's range in temperature to better cater to guests comfort levels, so you can take your pick on what you would most prefer.

The Spa also has additional add on services for massages and scrubs at the Shim Spa. You can use your bracelet here if you wish to add on any additional services. Aquafield also offers two dining options for guests while they are at the spa. You can pick from Selec the Table seated dining and Spa Snack stand. Selec the Table serves traditional korean dishes if you are looking for a full meal. Spa Snack serves prepackaged snacks and drinks if you are just looking for something quick and easy. Two of the most popular food items to get here are the eggs that have been steamed in the saunas called maekbanseok gyeran, and a deliciously refreshing fermented rice drink called sikhye!

There are also designated spaces like the Relax Room where guests can sit in comfortable recliners and watch tv, listen to music or simply enjoy the amazing view out of the floor to ceiling windows. Aquafield also has a variety of Resting spaces for guests who wish to stay at the facility overnight. Each space in unique and different so you should be able to find a spot that accommodates you. Here is a walk through on how to enjoy the spa services if you are visiting for the first time!

- Take Subway to Samsong Station and use Exit 3. Walk 8 Minutes to Stairfield Mall. 

- Enter the Starfield Mall from entrance number 3 on the first floor. 

- Take the elevator up to the 4th floor.

- Arrive at Aquafield. Use the automatic ticket kiosk to enter.

- On the homepage of the kiosk main menu, select the option all the way over to the right.

- Scan your QR or Barcode provided from purchasing the ticket from KKday.

- Choose your gender.

- Your ticket will be printed with a number on the top and a barcode on the bottom.

- Turn to the left, and scan your barcode on the ticket to the machine and you will gain access.

- Find the cabinet with the number on your ticket, and store your shoes. 

- Take the key from the shoe cabinet and continue on to the locker rooms, bring your ticket with you.

- Hand the concierge your ticket at the counter inside the locker room and collect clothes.

- Find your locker with the matching number on the key.

- Change into the spa clothes are store your personal items in the locker. Keep the key with you at all times

- Begin your relaxation experience!
